Comfort Inn Pickerington - Columbus East

Last minute booking. 3 pets, manager was very understanding and a great help w allowing them. Good breakfast in the morning! Only bad things. The card reader for the door had a dead battery and I had the card the door to get in each time. There was no door latch to lock it. The linen had some stains, but we used our own blankets to cover the entire bed to keep pet hair off sheets. Overall not too bad and decent price.

I love staying here due to the close proximity to work, shopping and dining! The breakfast is a plus!!! Only downside to this location is that it is only one entrance/exit to the property at a busy corner

They had a clean, safe room for our family to crash on a long road trip and that's all that really matters! Continental breakfast was great for the kiddos. The pool doesn't open until 9AM, but we weren't going to be able to use it that morning anyways.

I am a Comfort Inn fan. But the staff here were some of the friendliest ever. Starting from the phone call to confirm our reservation and all the other in-house staff. All departments... Front desk, housekeeping, the lovely woman who attends the breakfast buffet, and the gentleman that helped me by telling me which channel to watch the NBA playoffs. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and had a smile. When i am back in the Columbus area, I'll have this location at the top of my list. The lemon water in the lobby was a really nice gesture, too.

We stayed here on a Saturday in late October for one night while in town for an event in Columbus. Room rates in Columbus were high so we stayed here and it was about a 20 minute drive to the Arena district in Columbus. We spent minimal time in the hotel. The front desk staff who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I would say it’s a little less modern than other Comfort Inns I have stayed at recently. Our room was near the ice machine and we could hear it so it’s not the quietest place I have stayed either. We could hear people in the hallway in the middle of the night. The location was easy - right off the highway. There is only one way to get in and out of the parking lot so depending which direction you are coming from it could be a little inconvenient having to do a u-turn at a busy intersection but it’s not that big of a deal. The hotel seemed safe to us. We looked at the breakfast and decided to just get on the road and go to a coffee shop on our way home so I can’t speak in that but I did see hot food and baked goods. Overall it was a good place to spend the night for the price we paid.

The staff at the Comfort Inn were awesome! The rooms were clean and everything was functional. This establishment should be rated much higher than it is! In our opinion and I have stayed around the world, this Hotel is no less than a 5 star! Keep up the good work!

Very convenient location. Nice, comfy room, quiet, A/C worked well... I slept great. I used the fitness room and hot tub. They were clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good, too.

Had a great stay here. Clean large rooms and a great hot breakfast. Great for the hole family.
